My car looked absolutely beautiful and the cleanest inside it has been in a long time! I loved the text updates I received a couple times per week. It made me feel reassured that my vehicle was safe and taken care of. I also enjoyed the walk-through I had with the team before repairs were started. We were all on the same page on what should be done. The Collierville location is very clean and fresh also.

Another body shop was recommended to me by Mercedes but I decided to visit Crash Champions to see if I should work with them instead. I met with Hannah who toured the damage. She made me totally comfortable that Crash Champions was the right choice for me. Her professionalism, knowledge and overview of the process made me decide to use Crash Champions. And the follow up and constant communication and the assist from Manager Jay and of course the final result was excellent. They went above and beyond to ensure I was pleased and finished the job one day ahead of schedule. I’d recommend Crash Champions.
