I was satisfied, but they gave me a date of completion and the repair took a lot longer than expected. I appreciate them getting the job done right but maybe don’t release a possible completion date so early. My car was also covered in dust when I got it back on the inside of the truck and inside the bed.

Customer service was great. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed there were 2 small tears in my rear side window tint and the inside panel was not popped in place. Waiting on repairs for the tint.

My window is making a popping sound as I roll it up and down, there is residue left on my windshield from something being taped to it, my car smells of mildew, and there are scratches on the black paneling to my door that weren’t there previously.

Jon & Chiquita were amazing workers especially when it came down to assisting me with my insurance & being patient with me. Great customer service & outstanding communication regarding the vehicle, I strongly believe they should/deserve a raise &/or promotion (& no they didn’t tell me to say this lol) but seriously would recommend to a friend or family member & would also highly consider to come back when dealing with vehicle repair!
