The Whitecenter locations customer service and repair was exceptional. I was impressed with the constant updates, text and calls during the process. Amy is a really nice and responsible estimator. I appreciate she updates the repair progress regularly. However, your paint team did a really careless, rough job on my car. I also found some extremely sticky, glue like residue on the surface of my car. The quality of this repair is very disappointing and unsatisfactory. I am unable to spend another three weeks to repaint it.
