From day one of taking my vehicle, I was informed. Of every detail every step of the way given pretty much it accurate time, of when my vehicle would be ready. In less than a month. I have my own vehicle. Unheard of. But well appreciated.Customer service very knowledgeable. And ready to help and answer any questions Left feeling well informed. Hope I never have to come back. But if I do and if I need to refer someone I know to tell them Crash Champion is the best out there.

Worst experience ever it took crash champions on east valley way in renton 2 months to return my car that is not complete there was damage done to my car that it didn't have I get called 2 days in a row the car was scheduled for pick 2/2/26 and I picked up on 1/31/26 it was missing the pin stripe gas was on e the horn doesn't work and my hood is damaged as well I almost forgot the rear end tire had no air never again will I go to crash champions that place is far from professional the service was bogus
