Crash Champions Rainier Beach were transparent and helpful every step of the way through getting my car repaired. While ther ETC was about a month’s time, they completed the repairs roughly in 2-3 weeks.

It was just the bumper on the side panel that needed to be replaced and painted for a very small damage. It’s easy to see the bumper does not fit perfectly on my car like it should I understand aftermarket bumpers may not all be perfect but wait in 13 days is unacceptable to not have a perfect job done. Visually you can see the problem, if you touch it, you can also feel it is not the way it should be. If I have time, I’ll call tomorrow so you can set me up with a proper repair job with a different bumper.
