Face to face service was excellent. However my first appointment was scheduled in error (wrong day). Luckily I called to change it beforehand. Also, I emailed my estimate to the manager twice. When I showed up, no one had a copy and I had to email it a 3rd time. Not a big deal, just mildly inconvenient.
