Picked up my car after repairs, as soon as I left the parking lot, two warning messages, hybrid malfunction and pre collision. Message said for me to immediately park the car. My guess is they did not conduct an inspection when they finished repairs.

The amount of money I had to pay out of pocket was outrageous. Geico paid one third of the loss. I 've paid them for 13 years.

Crash Champions staff was very helpful. Kaylee was professional and kind. In the end, Firestone settled the issue. The Geico company was disappointing and insulting.

I noticed a few differences with my vehicle once I took it home. I wish that I was able to view my vehicle at pickup with the person who discussed with me the repairs made. We had that discussion before I walked to my car without them. Then I noticed bubbling paint near the door handle, a misaligned piece with foam lining sticking out by my rear window, and some visible differences on my tire. I would like to have a conversation about what was worked on and if any of these areas can be quickly remedied without an extended drop off.

I was pleased with how quickly my car was repaired. I was not happy with the estimated time of repair being so much longer than how the car actually took. I understand why you would tell me 30 days when I drop off the car. But once you get the parts in you should give an updated estimated time, and then again when the car is almost done. I was expecting to have the car in the shop for 3 more weeks when I got a text at 1pm saying I had to pick it up by 4:30pm that day. Even a text the night before would have been nice because I was out of town and had to rush back to collect the car.

Every time I called the shop to get an update of the car I could get no information or updates. They just kept telling me the original estimated finish date. There was obviously more information that could have been shared with me since it was finished 3 weeks early.

“Party Mode” increases the bass, but also just learned that it focuses the sound more to the back (designed for a better experience when tailgating) Great job on the paint job and thank you for cleaning the interior of our vehicle. It all looks great

The customer service was great. My call was always answered. I got regular updates about my car. My car was returned to me clean. They even waited a little longer past close for me to come get my car because I was stuck in traffic. I’ve only had my car for a day so I can’t yet comment on the fixes but I would absolutely recommend crash champions to friends and family
