Chris, the service rep was wonderful!! Not only was he friendly and personable, he was knowledgeable, and explained the entire repair process involved in repairing my car. I picked up my vehicle last night and drove it home. Today, the electronic power control light came on and then the car wouldn’t accelerate while I was on the road driving. There’s a possibility my car was not put back together correctly and has caused for the power to stop. I had to request a tow truck to pick up my vehicle and had to pay for a car rental…not the ideal situation and stressful.

I was very happy with the work done on the car. Just wish the customer service and communication was a little better from Crash Champions. I was under the impression that the car was not going to be done for another 2 weeks(the date given for completion was May 15) and then got called to come pick up the car, had to leave work early that was non planned. Then had a conference call with both crash champions and my insurance to make sure Crash Champions knew that my deductible was waived and my insurance had everything covered and I would just be picking up the car. Then once I got to Crash Champions, they said they were unaware that my insurance had everything covered and had to go over it again that it was.
