Kaylee was great to work with! So easy to work with, communication was frequent with all of the important updates. She worked hard with my insurance to make sure all of my damages were properly covered as my insurance missed some. She worked hard to get in touch with my claims manager to quickly resolve that. Her attention to detail was impressive as she really took care of my car and over seeing its repair. I had a fender bender that could have been overlooked, but even the smallest details and scratches, she took great note of and care for. Sweet, warm, and inviting. 10/10!!
