I feel awful I cannot remember her name but the lady who was working the front desk was incredible. I was having insurance issues when I first dropped off my car which was very frustrating for me and instead of turning me away or making me step to the side, she picked up the phone to help me. She started sending emails, waiting on hold, helping me walk through steps, etc… this was my first time going through a car repair with insurance process and her kindness and visible patience/understanding is something you don’t see often in customer service transactions. She is absolutely incredible at her job. Thank you! I also really love the texts that were sent throughout the process. I knew their estimated date it would be ready fairly quickly, knew which part of the process they were on (started, in the paint booth, etc…) which was so nice. My vehicle has the app that shows me alerts on my phone like if a door is open, truck open, etc… and I was getting notifications nearly everyday! This showed me they were really working on my car and I knew when things were happening. Super happy with my experience here.

My SUV was returned with a cracked aux side mirror. The estimated return date is too far beyond the initial eatimated date.

From start to finish they were exceptional. They kept me updated on how the repair was going and that they were on track for being done AND they beat their projected completion day but 5 days! The front office woman was so sweet and kind and caring. I recently lost my dog and forgot I had left her old blankets in my car. When I spoke with Angelos about it she assured me they would take care of it and they did. They also cleaned up my battery and tightened it down when my car wasn’t starting. I really can’t say enough great things about this exceptional company.

Not only did they repaired my car (which looks absolutely remarkable), they fixed my light bulb that was broken and fixed my error sensor out of courtesy. On top of that, they clean my car both inside and outside! Such an amazing service!
