Still some work to do on front desk person and quality control. But I would recommend them. Car turned out amazing.

1. Very communicative. 2. Front desk person not very friendly. 3. Car came out beautiful, except had to send it back, as door and trim were not adjusted properly. Very noticeable and should not have been missed.

No one called me to notify me that my vehicle was ready. When I went to pick my vehicle there was only one person working there. Took about 20min to get service. When I finally got my car the gentleman tells me I hope this is ur car, your keys were never labeled. Not very professional in my opinion.

Repair quality is low, this door was repaired by Crash Champions in 2021 and I had to come back because of an issue in the same door and the representative at the desk tried to avoid responsibility by claiming the damaged piece was not included in their lifetime warranty.

Crash Champions did great work on my car. I would recommend them to others, even my mom was impressed with the work they did. The car was ready before the estimated date which was also nice.
