The estimate was complete accurate as far as the work to be done and the time it would take to complete. The shop on 104th in Kent kept me updated with text messages and calls, which was very helpful for planning. All of the staff, including the estimators (all women!!), were very friendly, informative and helpful. My car came back clean and perfect!
