Definitely a YEs! My friend, Christy recommended this place and after seeing her old Honda looking great, I decided to use my own money rather than through my State Farm insurance that continually led me to worst repair shops in Kent and Renton. For many years, I used sites provided by my insurance and experienced rude customer service- unanswered calls, in a hurry and all the negative behaviors you can think of. It's refreshing to experience professional people who treat you with respect, honesty and care. Glad I used my own money because I saw my friend's car looking new after the repair and was touched by her comments about the service she got. From the moment I walked in the kent crash champion shop (I have been to another crash champion), this one, small waiting area, but I was impressed by the friendly and professional staff. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and made me feel like a valued customer. I especially appreciated how estimator, Nguyen, clearly explained what needed to be done and kept me updated throughout the process. The repair itself was completed faster than I expected. It’s not often you find a place that combines speed, quality, and transparency the way their team does.
