Will never use your devices again. It took a month to even get an appointment and then took 3x as long as they originally said to complete. Overbooked, understaffed. Disappointed customer to say the least.

My car was held at the facility for a week after my appointment before work began. I was given an estimate of 3 days for repair, but it took more than 2 weeks.

I was given an estimated repair time of 3 days, after 5 days I received notice that repairers hadn't begun, and there was additional damage that was not in the estimate, then it took another two weeks for the repairs to actually be made.
