Unfortunately, on my way home, my car was making some rattling noises over bumps and when I turn left. I now have to have it inspected here in Michigan and looked at. But the people are very friendly and kind and helpful at Chris champions I am happy with the service, but unfortunately the quality of the repairs doesn’t seem like everything was fixed or addressed.

Here is why I gave Crash Champions that rating, because the employee name Luis. C NEVER could tell me anything about my car. When he was the intake person that I initially deal with when I first brought my car into the Crash Champions. Luis always had an excuse “ for example I was at lunch or I was in the restroom .” And for the corporate office they are worse then the employees, because NO one every call be back about the concern that I had, so I felt like NO one listened to my concerns. I would never use CRASH CHAMPIONS anymore that are useless and don’t care. They employee Luis is useless he did not know anything when I was calling him about my car. I was so disappointed with him.

This was one of the more positive experiences i have had with a company for quite some time! Jose & Luis provided exceptional service, as they kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle throughout the entire process. Even though the car wasn’t ready in time for my son to take it back to school, the work was still completed well within the timeframe i expected it to. As far as the repair itself, I was pleased with the attention to detail and how flawless the work was. Thank you again for your service!
