This is the second repair that was completed on my vehicle from two different incidents and the repairs on both visits has exceeded my expectations. The repair was done well and completed on time. They just need to be more thorough in their final steps. We were told the car would be washed, but the mirrors and other areas still had salt residue from our trip north.

I told the person at the front desk that I needed my front control arms and struts replaced. Because I spent 5 hours at a different dealership for them to tell me what was wrong but progressive didn't have it in there list of preferred places. So I took my car here for them to not really fix anything and my car still pulls to the left. Glad my car got detailed but my car is still not fixed and I haven't been able to get a hold of progressive.
