It was a much more pleasant experience than I expected. A great service team quoted an accurate description of the damage to my car and an estimated cost for the repair, happily, the actual cost was less than estimated. Lisa is a champion who communicated throughout the repair process and was even able to return my car TWO days earlier than expected. Crash Champions took the sting out of an unpleasant situation. By the way, the repair was beautifully done. 10s across the board!

Did amazingly well with my car after they fixed it from an accident and they fixed it and it looks amazing and brand new! And they also cleaned my car inside and out and loved it! Will go back or recommend if ever needed!

wait time for vehicle was extremely long, about a month for a door/window repair. no discount with rental. customer service was great and accurate estimated completion date
