Service king received the work order from the insurance company and didn't start work for over a week afterwards delayed as getting your car back had to Rent-A-Car for extra week and a half. The work seems to be nice but the timeline was terrible especially for an insurance company service provider that is supposed to speed up the process

I couldn't be more pleased. The repair is as close to perfect as they could get. I expected much less frankly. The service agent I dealt with, Zach, was exceptional. His manner was friendly, professional and he told me precisely what work had been done. And to my great relief he was able to keep the cost affordable for me. I will highly recommend ServiceKing and if I ever need repair on a car again, I will be back.
