I appreciated the calls keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs. That was a big help. I was really impressed with how well the car was detailed when I picked it up. That was a very nice surprise. It looked fantastic! Even the tires shined. Whoever did the detailing did a terrific job.

It took to long, for them to fix the car. If they knew it was going to take as long as it did they could have let me keep the car, until they got the parts in, because they knew what they needed to fix the car, because it was still drivable and I wouldn't have had to catch a ride to and from work.
