From arrival to pick up of the vehicle, everything was seamlessly managed. I couldn’t be happier with how Ross communicated with status updates and support either insurance questions. The entire experience was amazing, despite having gotten into a minor collision with the vehicle in the first place. Never the less, having crash champions suppose us after the fact was very comforting.
