I am extremely pleased with the service I received. It was discovered after the repairs were made to my door that the latch mechanism wasn’t working and needed to be replaced. The new latch was ordered right away and the Crash team went out of their way to accommodate my schedule in getting the final repair made.

Completely is nearly impossible. I am more than satisfied with service and help I received during the repairs to my vehicle. The only small complaint that I have is the uncertainty trying to gather information and updates. When I called with questions or updates the person on the phone always refused to connect with the person asked for. I received prompt, courteous, and as it turned out, correct information, but was left with nagging feeling of which was correct. Waiting for and planning to do my part was more stressful as a result. All is well that ends well but the stress involved could have been less.
