I am VERY satisfied with my entire experience with Crash Champions. From the moment I called, Rosie was extremely helpful, and explained everything that would happen. They dealt with my insurance for me. When I arrived to drop off my car, they had me picked up to go select a rental car. David handled the repairs, and kept me updated every single day as to what was happening and the ongoing progress. I was given an estimated pickup date. My car was ready when they promised. When I picked it up, they said they would handle the rental car return for me. It was all so easy! I will definitely be referring people to Crash Champions.

Out of alignment, tires not balanced, missing seal sealer in back door, back door not aligned, seatbelt not reattached, areas need paint, rip in carpet under seat BUT they are willing to correct however I no longer have rental and need a vehicle
