Between Crash Champions-Beltway and Crash Champions-Deer Park, I was without my vehicle 41 (FORTY ONE) days. And even after all that time, the work completed was shoddy. The passenger doors that were replaced had grease marks on them. The third row of seats in my Highlander had shards of glass on them. The hood was not secured. The tool inset was not secured and now rattles when I drive. The driver-side quarter panel was damaged in the transit from the Deer Park location to the Beltway location and after a FULL WEEK there, the paint doesn't match the color of my Highlander. And best of all, every time I drive down a raised parking lot ramp onto the roadway, the rear end makes a noise which is probably due to a bad ball joint, strut, or control arm. And I SPECIFICALLY asked them to assess this and obviously, they didn't. My advice: TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE!!!
