My experience with Crash Champions in Pasadena, TX was AMAZING! From the moment I dropped my car off with Suzanne to the moment I picked it up, Yulanda communicated with me every step of the way. If a part didn’t come in the day they thought, she let me know. My car drives as good as new now! You can’t tell it was in an accident and that makes me happy. I will be recommending Crash Champions to ANYONE who needs a place to take their vehicles. I also appreciated that I was able to return the Enterprise rental vehicle to Yulanda and they communicated with Enterprise that it’s been returned. Again, I enjoyed my experience and if anything happens in the future I will definitely be coming back to Crash Champions!
