I was involved in an accident on a Wednesday, everything was situated by Friday and my car was taken into crash champions Monday morning. Taylor assisted me with the intake and explained everything thoroughly. I was updated a few times throughout the week and I got my car back that Friday. Very efficient; no lags or delays. The fastest I gotten my vehicle taken care of and it was returned with no concerns. Thank you again!

Very thorough in ensuring repairs done correctly and with proper calibration. Headlights appear to not be aligned properly so need to have that checked.

I recommend crash champion to anyone and everyone!! They were so kind and kept me abreast of what the status was of my car. Looking at my car, you would never know that it was in an accident. I got it updated texts about the status and they worked for me for enterprise car rental, so I didn't need to do anything. I hope I don't have another accident, but if I do, this is the place to go.

I definitely recommend crash champions!! The customer service was the best I ever had. They took the time to let me know the updates of my car progress as well as the procedures that were being done that day. If I ever and I hope I don't need anybody work done I will definitely go back to them.
