Repair was fine but attention to detail was poor. Headlights and another plug were left unplugged on pickup and it took a few days to notice, thankfully I had the knowhow to reattach it and zip it secure.

I can't say enough about the job Crash Champions did repairing my truck. It was undoubtedly the best experience I have ever had with a collision company. Taylor Davis' customer service was outstanding from timeliness of providing the quote to her communication throughout the entire time my truck was in your shop. I did receive another quote from a local Chevrolet dealership that was considerably less so I spoke to Taylor about that and she did a great job of convincing me why sticking with Crash Champions at the higher price would be the better decision. This included introducing me to the technician and painter which helped give me a higher level of confidence to stick with Crash Champions. After picking up my truck today, and going through all that was done and giving it a close inspection, I am 100% satisfied with my choice. My expectations were exceeded and I'm very happy. I will be sure to refer anyone I come across in need of body work to Crash Champions and I will specifically recommend they contact Taylor. Thank you!!
