Color of repair doesn't match. Scratches on plastic panels on either side of bumper and some kind of overspray on the glass.

They did not keep me informed as to when my vehicle would be completed. I had to call for information. My vehicle was also left in there front lot unlocked with the key in it all weekend. My mazda app keeps me informed of vehicle status.

I was very happy through the whole process, when I took it in for an estimate, when I took it in for repairs and when I picked it up today, everyone was very nice and helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely take my vehicle there again.
