So everyone there very friendly very welcoming they make you feel like family they crack jokes with you and make you feel at home they even repaired a damage that they didn’t have too I recommend crash champions to anybody they keep you updated you don’t have to call and ask anything they inform you every few days they finished my car way before the due date and the work was amazing my car looks brand new they cleaned it out the car was vacuum washed my car looks and smells brand new Alex was so amazing he kept me laughing and updated and he very friendly and respectful crash champions are really champions

My Experience

My vehicle was ready a day earlier, this is fantastic news but was causing disruption on my end. I had planned my day with my Dr and lawyers. I was originally told I had to have the vehicle picked up Friday. I did call and confirm an early pick up date and set an appointment. The hard part was having to return the rental right away and make time to pick up my car all within the time I had already pre booked. I was forced to come earlier then the schedule time. Had I been able to pick up the car Friday rather than Thursday it would have been less stressful and chaotic. The car had to be picked up around 2:00 rather than after 3:30 because I needed to turn in the rental car since my car was ready. This meant had I kept the car an extra day I would have to pay out of pocket. I don’t think this would hurt the company that bad, to allow an extra 12 hours for the customer to pick up the car. This process was overall easy and decent just hectic with the rental timeframe.
