Crash champions was very nice to work with and John was great, very communicative, and updated me every step of the process. however they had a lot of trouble dealing with my insurance company because the repair required a new bumper but Insurance kept going back-and-forth and wouldn’t approve it so that a repair that should’ve taken under a week ended up taking over two weeks, which meant the Insurance Comapny had to spend more money on my rental loaner car and made the whole process more difficult and complicated than you needed to be. The new bumper was warranted by the damage, but the Insurance Comapny nickel and dimes every step of the process.
