They did not replace my headlight light bulbs as I requested. My car is pulling to the left when I drive it. They said I needed a new battery which I purchased from AAA and my battery light is still on. My door adjacent light is on which was not on when it taken in.

My car doors will not lock as they did when the car was bought in and this is not safe. The door ajar light will not go off and it is unsafe. Also my car in not aligned it is vering to the left.

The car was fixed perfectly, but what makes them stand out was their customer service and terrific communication. They updated me daily on what was being done, and what they thought the timeline to receive the car would be. Carlos, in the Westloop was our service rep and he was wonderful.
