John was my specialist. I’m a hard person to get a hold of but he managed to communicate with me the entire time and when I was unsure as to what was happening he took his time and explained everything to me. I appreciate John and the team at Crash pros. I’ll miss the rental car, but I’m very satisfied with how they have taken care of my concerns and my vehicles repair.
