My car window was smashed and the car was broken into while it was in the parking lot of Crash Champions. They did not inform me of this and replaced the window. I only noticed this when I found broken glass inside my car. Also I had an accessory added on to my car that made the side mirrors close when the car turned off, which is now missing from the car

Car shut off driving out to the suburbs around an hour from my house. Didn’t turn back on, turns out the shop did not connect my battery correctly. The screws were loose. No alignment was done on my car. It pulls to the right and the steering wheel is not straight. There’s a bottom panel on the bottom of my car on the drivers side that is not attached, was not like that before when I dropped off. Steering wheel is very stiff. Customer service is very nice on the other hand.
