Repairs looked good overall. Pickup seemed to have a hiccup. I had called in the morning to confirm it’s ok that I pick it up since it was delayed a day. I was told yes but upon arrival the car wasn’t ready. I waited 45 min. Not the end of the world but that bit could of been smoother. Everything else was great.

Service King was great! Friendly staff, quality repair, and good communication. I smashed a pole in my alley and it caused quite a bit of damage to my truck. Setting up the appointment was easy. My insurance works with them and it was a one stop shop! It was hands free for me all the way! Even the rental car company picked me up when my truck was dropped off and service king even accepted the return when the repairs were complete. The only reason for the 9 and not a 10 was that the estimate they gave me at first was far out there causing me to plan around it, but I know that is due to parts. Also I am still waiting on a rear decal to come in due to them ordering the wrong one, but that’s not a big deal. Great team and let’s hope I don’t have to use a body shop again, but if I do I will use Service King!
