My biggest issue was that my car sat at your shop for 4 business days before anyone did an estimate , prolonging my time without a car. When I called I was told you were short staffed. That is not a valid excuse to not do the job you took on to do. I told you guys I did not have a rental car option so would be without a car. If you could not take on the extra work that week due to staffing issue, you should have called me to reschedule and I would have been happy to do so. If I didn’t call to complain after 4 days with no update, I think I would have waited even longer for my car to be ready.

The repair itself looks like it was done well. I havnt noticed any issues yet. Im not sure I would use your services in the future, which is unfortunate because the repair work seems to be good.

I had to call multiple times to get the process moving, when no updates were provided. I think it would have taken much longer to have my car ready if I wasn’t calling to push things along. I’d call and be told I’d be called back with an update then wouldn’t hear from anyone and would have to call back again, that happened a few times. I do think you have a good system with the website to provide updates and everyone I spoke to along the way was nice. Maybe short staffing is the issue alone, but be mindful and careful with taking on appointments that you can’t handle. I would have waited and brought my car in another time if I knew.
