The repair wasn’t satisfactory. The wheel well covering replacement ( which was the major repair) on the right side of the car ( wheel area) was not fitted right. There is a gap between the replacement cover and the wheel well. This needs to be rectified. Disappointed since you’ve done a good job before. May have to report this to our iinsurance adjuster .

TBH, when you folks suggested a charge of $400-$500 for a simple snow tire changeover, it really put you in a very bad light. It made me think, what else are you over charging by 4X-5X?! (I had the same service performed last week on another vehicle at my normal mechanic and the charge was $25/tire for a total of $100.)
