Great work by Hooksett, NH Crash Champion staff not only by those doing actual work on my truck but by office support staff and especially by manager. Very satisfied with this repair as well as ones done in the past.

The issue I did have didn’t really have to do with crash champions it was with geico. No where on my first visit did it indicate I would be dropping off my car, it nearly said getting an estimate, so with that I had to wait 3 months because I needed to get back home that day. Geico needs to do a better job keeping the customer know they can drop off the car and it will be fixed sooner rather than later.
