Customer Service was excellent, Clear communication thru out the whole process. Car was washed and cleaned looked better than when I dropped it off. Becca of Bel Air Was amazing and because of her I would recount use crash champs again!

I love crash champions they do incredible work the communication is top-notch. I never once had to wonder what was going on with my vehicle. They kept their text messages to a minimum but just enough so I knew when my vehicle was going to be completed the work was perfect. You would never know somebody crashed into the side of my van. The service was fine, although the process took a little longer than expected. Communication was okay. However, I was disappointed that my car was very dirty inside when I picked it up. I dropped it off clean, and it was returned in poor condition inside.

I want to start by saying that the repair work itself appeared to be done well. However, I was very disappointed with the condition of my vehicle upon pickup. I dropped my car off in very clean condition and it was returned to me dirty. This is not the standard of service I expected and it left a negative impression of my overall experience. I hope that Crash Champions will take this feedback seriously and ensure that vehicles are returned to customers in the same clean condition they were received. A simple cleaning or wipe-down before returning a customer's vehicle goes a long way in demonstrating respect for their property. I would appreciate a follow-up on this matter.
