I am satisfied with the actual repairs of my car, however when I picked up my car it would not start. I went back in and informed staff who came out and checked car and said battery was bad so he gave me a hotshot. He said battle had been given them trouble however prior to dropping car off I had no issue with battery even though it may have been old it was working fine. My assumption is that someone left light or something on in car and completely drained my battery which would no longer hold charge with out getting charged. So after paying deductible I had no choice but to purchase a new battery to actually drive my repaired car.

The work to repair my car was 9/10. However the fact that when I picked my car up it would not start and required a hotshot to start, resulted in my 3/10 rating. I was told the battery was old and had been an issue during service which was honestly not helpful. Especially since my battery was working without issue prior to dropping my car off. My guess is that someone at your company left something on in my car and drained my battery which resulted in my having to replace my battery to drive my car. So after paying $200 for my deductible I had to pay another $170 for a new battery.

My experience at Crash Champions was very disappointing despite the manager and staff friendly demeanor. The work on my vehicle was incomplete and done incorrectly. I had to take my vehicle back numerous times and each time, crash Champions failed to deliver quality work. I was never given any type of explanation for work not being completed in a timely manner and reason for poor quality work done on my vehicle. In total Crash Champions had my vehicle for 5 weeks and i am left with unaligned doors, doors arent even put back together properly and I will be needing to take my vehicle to another shop for work to be done again from scratch. I am very disappointed with Crash Champions and i can only hope no one else has this experience.
