It took a long time then they messed it up and I had to wait again for 3 more days. I had a rent a car reserved but they claimed I did not so all they had was a van that sucked the life out of my wallet. The car looks good but it was a long time getting to that point. It did not even need any parts except maybe pinstripping.

I was mostly happy with the work that was done and how quickly it was completed. However there was one small piece that the color was not totally matched with the rest of the car, and I had also been told That I would get a little touch up paint which was never given to me.

While the job did take longer than expected to complete, GEICO’s slow response was the main reason. The Crash Champion team kept me informed of the status of the repair and that alleviated a lot of stress. On two occasions I stopped by to see the vehicle and in both instances I was treated very kindly. One time that Manager took me to the car, answered my questions, and taught me a thing or two about auto mechanics. The quality of the repair is superior, from paint match to fit of replacement parts. Overall, it was a good experience. I would highly recommend them.

I’m completely happy with the work but unsatisfied because my radio antenna was broken during the process.i will say it was replaced and still not working but the gentlemen is trying to get it working.
