We've only had the car back for 10 drivable miles but everything was completed ahead of schedule and the techs and front desk were informative the whole process. I didn't have to call once. We've used this crash champions in the past and will continue to use them in the future

Never. I've already told several people to avoid you at all cost. More damage and stressed was caused AT crash champions than why it was there for service in the first place.

My car sat outside in thunderstorms without a window for five days. It was towed to you on July 1at 2:44 PM. You said that it was delivered at July 2 after hours as the excuse why it sat outside in thunderstorms for five days. That was either a lie to cover your mistake or incompetence.

The older gentleman, Michael I believe, was phenomenal! He explained everything thoroughly, made the process smooth, and kept me informed from the beginning. He even went above and beyond by continuously calling Enterprise and even gave me a ride to Enterprise after they failed to pick me up. 10/10 recommend and will use in the future!
