The repair work on my car was good. It looks it was never hit. However, the reason for the low rating is because my interior was damaged while in the shop. No one reported it and I found it when I picked up my car. The start button was scraped up and the cover peeled off.
Customer Service - 3.5/5.0 -
I didn't receive consistent messages on when my car would be ready.

I was very well pleased with the service I received here. From the Manager Paul on Dow along with the rest of the staff along with Harley who handled everything and was Awesome by the way I was kept updated through the whole process. Very professional, and in my opinion, an excellent place to take your car to have it worked on.

I feel the overall service was good and professional. I do feel a better job could have been done masking the work done. There was a noticeable color difference where work was done and plastic threads hanging out at the damage spot. When getting in my car to drive home it smelled like body odor mixed with some fragrance. I had to clean my car when I got home and tried polishing the bumper to see if it would uniform the color.

You guys did a wonderful job. My Durango looks brand new ... It was also so nice to be updated through every step each day. Love the work !!!

My ultimate "yes" verdict is based on the satisfying result of the repair, workmanship, paint match, and your willingness to straighten a small dent on the bottom edge of the replacement door. Customer satisfaction was clearly a priority at the time of delivery. I would give your shop positive recommendation for fine repair work, but with a stern commentary on shaky customer communication during multiple week repair processes.

The actual repair parts and workmanship end result seems very satisfactory so far after only 2 days to experience smooth mechanical cycles and to ensure no sliding door gasket leaks. Hopes are high right now. Customer communication was thru an app, that was updated repeatedly hours after the predicted delivery was missed. The car was in the shop 25 days, missing no fewer than 5 web app promised delivery dates. Texts were not returned and phone calls yielded me no useful information on what was happening with my van's repair. Nationwide's claims rep was able to get me an update after more than 2 weeks had passed. The longest holdup seems to have been caused by a serious lack of skilled labor in their paint booth. Customer communication was not a priority. Repaired van delivery was the best event in the frustrating sequence as the body shop handed me the needed final paperwork, had produced a satisfying job quality, and seemed genuinely interested in our satisfaction, offering to address any concerns we find. The sliding door was replaced with one from a source unknown to me, so I looked closely at lines and body fit of the installed replacement door. I found a minor dent in the bottom edge of the door and asked if it was advisable to try to straighten it or to use it as is. I told them I was willing to accept their opinion if the new paint would be in jeopardy. They quickly and cheerfully fixed the dent after agreeing it did not quite match the undamaged door.

The repairs to my vehicle will rather simple, so I don't have the experience of some of the more complex repairs. But the guys there did a great job

I had a decent experience with Crash Champions. Paul was great to work with and very polite and professional in his dealing with me. He went above and beyond to help me out. Jay and Harley were a pleasure as well. Overall. Good folks!
