Only reason I came to this body shop was because AAA recommended them for being jeep certified. Their customer service is terrible. The paint job they did on my vehicle is terrible. I paid good money to have my vehicle ceramic coated and polished and they destroyed it. They would leave my vehicle outside with the windows rolled down for days. The entire vehicle had swirls and a bunch of water spots on the windows. I am not happy with how I received my vehicle. Pricilla has poor communication skills. The areas that were repainted had over spray, drips and sanding marks. They had my vehicle for 4 months and this is what I get in return ? My door panel is scratched. There were paw prints on my paint.

My car looks amazing!! Crash Champions gave me an amazing experience, Thai was so great at communicating updates during the process and the got my car back to me so quickly. This is the second time Crash Campions has fixed my car and both experiences have been amazing.

This is the second time I've had my vehicle repaired here in the past eight months, and both experiences have been excellent. The communication was outstanding, with proactive updates throughout the repair process.
