I think this is where the lacking part of the service for me. I did not feel secure going back to this place for the future references only because no one has been updating me during the course of the repair. It would be nice if someone updated me without me having to call every time. And I also believe that consistency will very much help when communicating.

Nelson was amazing and kept me updated throughout the process of my car getting fixed. He answered any questions I had and worked with my insurance to make sure everything was taken care of. The customer service was impeccable, and I really felt like I was cared for and my car was in good hands. I will definitely come back in the future if I need work on my car.
