Very nice paint work. Assembly of front end parts not perfectly aligned so gap-widths are uneven.

Staff all seemed nice and personable, but there were larger time gaps than expected in reaching someone to speak with (no one picking up phone; lots of voicemails back and forth). Took longer than expected to schedule the work after depositing the parts payment (Tesla's delays?).

I bought my car in for an estimate, we were greeted by Jesse Herrera. He was very cordial. We were emailed an estimate and was happy with it. We told Jesse to go ahead and do the repairs. He said that our car would be ready on Friday the same week. On Thursday of that week, someone from the shop told us the car was ready to be picked up. We told them we were not home but will pick it on Friday as planned. The person on the phone ( said with an attitude) that their Fridays were pretty busy. What does that have to do with our picking up our car. I would have rated Crash Champions with an 8, but instead rated them with a 5.
