Only a 9 because of a delay in getting my car back since a wrong part came in. That isn't Crash Champions' fault but I took off 1 point because the same exact thing happened last time I was there. The first time I could understand, the 2nd time got me frustrated. However, they still (with Josue's lead) got my car back to me only a day late (the frustration was because they initially told me it would be 3 days later... and I really hate being away from my car and in a rental). When I expressed this to Josue, he had the patience of a saint handling my frustration, and got everyone to hustle to get my car back to me quicker than the 3 extra days. I'm very grateful, and satisfied AS ALWAYS (this was like my 3rd or 4th time there)... just concerned with the fact that they got the wrong part 2 times now. But they are still the place I'd go or recommend going to for collision repair.
