They gave me an initial estimated completion date, which was over a month away from my drop off dat. But!!! They finished 2 weeks early, which was clutch af, love that. & I was in love with the job they did cleaning the inside & outside if the car. New car smell & all, definitely recommending to anyone who asks

You did an excellent job on my car, looks as good as new. You also did a good job of keeping me appraised of the work by daily texts. I even got my car back a day early which made me really happy since a big storm was due the following day.

I mentioned to Marlene and the mechanic that I heard a sound coming from the back of the truck, where it was repaired. I was told my brakes were bad and needed replacement without even looking at them or at any other possible issues. I have paperwork from the dealer showing the brakes were just replaced. Now I have to figure out what is wrong with my truck even though it didn’t make this sound before the accident, very poor service, I will definitely it be coming back

Picked up the truck and immediately notice a sound coming from the rear end, brakes bearing sound. After talking to the mechanic and taking him for a test ride , he mentioned it was my brakes, even though the sound was not while braking, also this sound was not there before the accident. My brakes have just been replaced by the ford dealer. I have record of what the brakes were at before the accident. I received very poor service, regarding my complaint. will not be going back
