My car needed an extra piece that they said they would order and I could come back the next week and have them install it quickly. I returned and they didn't have the item. I was told again that they would order and give me a call when it arrived. It's been 3 weeks and I have not heard any from the company.

Crash Champions was a preferred/licensed repairer through USAA. Julian, the agent assigned to me, was wonderful. He was communicative, informative and walked me through the process. They worked with me to make sure I got the parts I wanted and needed for the repair and interacted with USAA on my behalf. It was seamless and I would absolutely bring my car back there.

The repair looks wonderful as a secondary thought. The car was not washed when received as one day I was told it was ready and then pushed off two more days so I guess it may have been worse the first time when it was supposed to be ready, but was dirty when I picked it up two days later.
