Everyone was incredibly nice, but I felt as though communication and transparency were a big issue. I don't know if it was because of technical difficulties, or just negligence, but I wish I had more accurate and honest updates on the process and state of my car. The whole process ended up being incredibly frustrating for me, and I think I would've felt better with more detailed updates on what was happening as they were happening. Also, they spelled my name wrong. Which felt like insult to injury
