Everyone was so helpful, from the time I brought my car in for an estimate, to when I drop my car off to get repaired. I forgot the young lady’s name at the front desk. I believe it is Alexandra. When I drop my car off, she helped me switch enterprise rental locations so the one from Placentia would come and pick me up instead of the one in Fullerton. She’s also very friendly and sweet. And the young man who did my estimate as well as took care of my car was also very helpful. I believe his name is Alex.

Like I mentioned in my previous comments, everybody who helped me was very friendly and helpful. I lost my husband over three months ago to cancer and having to deal with this incident because something blew out of the pick up truck on the freeway and hit my windshield was very traumatic to have to take care of but everybody at crash champions was very helpful and nice. They showed empathy as well.
