The process was simple. Despite the fact, I was lately I was still attended promptly and with professionalism. Also, from the time they were assigned by the insurance carrier, they reached out to me right away and kept me posted about my appointment. Once they car was in the car of Crash Champions, they kept me posted about their progress on a daily basis by SMS. Most importantly, Dustin called me a day earlier than the original estimated completion date. I received the clean inside and out. The repair to the bumper and right from panel looked great! Staff are courteous. However, there’s a concern on the rental car. Droped off my car on a Monday June 8 after work before 5 pm. and told me work will be about one or two days. Crash Champion informed me June 10 the truck was ready for pick up. I pick up the truck June 10 and return the rental but was told by Enterprise that they can not return my deposit of $100 as of this time because Crash Champion only authorized it for one day till June 9 but will communicate with Crash Champion. As of this time, waiting for Crash Champion or Enterprise that the deposit is returned. Was told it will take time. It should have been coordinated well not to delay the return of the deposit.
